Shipping Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. To prevent fraud and for insurance purposes, all orders are videotaped when packed and shipped, and all orders require a signature upon delivery. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing:
We aim to process and ship all orders within two business days from the date of purchase. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We offer various tracked and insured shipping methods to accommodate your needs, but primarily ship via UPS, insured, with adult signature required.

3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the USA, and internationally if you contact us first. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

4. Shipping Cost:
Shipping is currently FREE. The estimated shipping times provided during the checkout process are approximate and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that these estimates do not include order processing time.

5. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after the package has been shipped. 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time, shipping issues can occur. We are not responsible for shipments lost during transit or damaged or other carrier issues, and the purchaser will be responsible to file the claim with the shipping company ASAP and maintain all shipping materials to facilitate the claim. All orders are shipped fully insured. We have had no shipping issues to date.

7. Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their material, nature, size, or destination. Please review any applicable restrictions before placing your order. If an item is restricted from shipping to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
